Online entry is now open for the Tennis Scotland Open Tour 2018. The nationwide progressive tournament structure is back for a second year after the fantastic success of the pilot in 2017.
The tournament aims to provide opportunities for all yellow ball players in Scotland. After the success of last year’s TS Open Tour, this winter Tennis Scotland will deliver 2 nationwide progressive tournaments providing competitive opportunities for players of all standards across Scotland. In addition, the Tennis Scotland Open Tour Masters will be held at Craiglockhart from 14 to 16 December 2018.

Blane Dodds, Tennis Scotland CEO said “We are really looking forward to the Tennis Scotland Open Tour this year. The team put in a huge effort last year to produce the pilot so well done to them. It was a fantastic success with over 500 entries so thank you to everyone who supported the event last year.
The feedback was really positive, especially for the TS 300 and the Fast4 format. So we have developed the format a bit more for this year with more development to come in 2019. It will be a leaderboard format so other competitions will be feeding into the TS Open Tour. We are looking forward to all the entries coming in again, we are going to try and beat the record! I hope you all enjoy it and thank you for all of your support.”
To help clubs advertise this opportunity to their members, we have created a poster that can be shared online or printed for your clubhouse.
