Tennis Scotland is pleased to welcome the arrival of Stephanie Eadon who has joined the organisation as Workforce Development Manager.
As Workforce Development Manager, Stephanie’s role will focus on developing and delivering a programme of education and development opportunities for coaches, officials and volunteers.
She joins having most recently worked as an Assistant Community Sports Hub Officer in the Perth and Kinross area. She is a Level 4 Coach and has previously been the Head Coach for Boldon LTC where she was voted LTA North Coach of the Year in 2015 as well as the LTA National Coach of the Month in July 2015. Stephanie has also been a She Rallies Ambassador for the North of England as well as an Official on the British Tennis referee mentoring programme.
Stephanie has represented English Colleges at Football and played for Newcastle United between 2007-2012
Stephanie commented “I am really looking forward to getting out and meeting the existing workforce to hear about the success stories and barriers they face growing tennis in Scotland to help build and deliver a meaningful and lasting legacy.”
