The Aegon GB Pro-Series 2017 will be taking place at Scotstoun Leisure Centre, Glasgow from the 29th January - 5th February.

The 2016 Tennis Scotland AGM will be taking place at 7pm on April 13th 2017 at the Stirling Court Hotel. The relevant papers will be sent out in due course to all Members and Associate Members.

Leading Scottish doubles specialist Colin Fleming has been appointed as the new National Coach for Tennis Scotland. After a decade competing on the ATP tour, the 32 year old has decided to make the transition in order to support the development of the next generation of Scottish tennis players.

The Australian Open is approaching the end of its first week of action. It has already been filled with thrills, shocks and exciting results. Two draws still to kick off are the Junior and the Wheelchair tennis tournament. Scotland's Ali Collins and Gordon Reid will both be competing in their respective draws.

Ali's coach, Joe Gill is going to be giving us a behind the scenes look at what goes on at the Australian Open. Joe will also be supporting Gordon at the Grand Slam so we are excited to hear all about what is going on in Melbourne.  

The 2017 Championships will be played at Scotstoun Leisure Centre, Glasgow from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th February. 

Tennis Scotland is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Communications Officer to lead on the marketing and communication needs of the organisation and achieve the mission and targets within the Tennis Scotland strategy.

Entries are currently being accepted from all players for the Scottish Indoor Open Championships (WSC16W3620) which will be played from Friday 10th to Sunday 12th February 2017 at Newlands LTC, Glasgow.

Tennis Scotland is currently offering CPD opportunities in the form of the LTA Mini Tennis course. It is a fresh and dynamic workshop, delivered by Mhairi Beattie, designed to support coaches in developing their mini tennis programme and their players.

Gordon Reid completed a career Grand Slam of men's doubles wheelchair tennis titles on Friday after partnering Joachim Gerard of Belgium to win the Australian Open crown 6-3, 3-6, (10-3) against Alfie Hewett and Argentina's Gustavo Fernandez.

The main draw of the Aegon Pro-Series Scottish Men’s Singles Championships starts on Tuesday at Scotstoun Leisure Centre, Glasgow. Britain’s Marcus Willis is playing mid-morning against Nicolas Rosenzweig.

Scotland's Jonny O'Mara was on top form at the Scotstoun Leisure Centre, Glasgow as the singles main draw of the 2017 Scottish Championships got underway.
