The 2017 Scottish Inter Club Challenge Cup continues this weekend at clubs throughout Scotland. 16 men’s and 16 women’s matches are scheduled to be played in Round 2 of this year’s competition.
In the women’s event, the holders Newlands are at home to Hillhead with last year’s runners-up Dunfermline travelling to the capital to play St. Serf’s. In the men’s competition, David Lloyd Aberdeen, champions in 2016, travel to Inverness with last season’s runners-up Newlands travelling a few miles down the road to Titwood.
All nine of Scotland’s District Associations are represented at this stage of the competition with the finals scheduled to be played at Craiglockhart Sports Centre in Edinburgh on Sunday 25th June.
