Tennis Scotland has announced the appointment of two new well known businessmen to its Board of Directors.

After an unprecedented response with regards to entries, the Tennis Scotland Open Tour begins this weekend with the TS 300 events taking place in 13 locations across Scotland.

Congratulations to Jonny O’Mara and playing partner Scott Clayton on winning their first ATP Challenger title at the Izmir Challenger in Turkey last week. 

Team Scotland won the 14 & Under age group championship as the 2017 Four Nations’ Junior Championships concluded in Glasgow on Sunday.


Nominations open today for the Tennis Scotland Awards 2017, which aim to recognise the achievements of individuals, clubs, teams, tournaments and other tennis programmes throughout Scotland.

Scotland hosts the 2017 Four Nation’s Junior Championships this weekend at the Scotstoun Leisure Centre in Glasgow.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tennis Scotland as Head of Operations (Performance & Competition). The successful applicant will work alongside our new National Coach as we aim to build on the profile created by our players and coaches over the last 5-10 years to ‘Deliver a Legacy’ for tennis in Scotland.

Entries are currently being accepted for the Glasgow Wheelchair Tennis Tournament at Scotstoun Leisure Centre on the 7/8 October.

Jamie Murray and partner Martina Hingis are through to the Semi-Finals of the Mixed Doubles at the US Open.

Entires are currently being accepted for the Aegon British Tour Fast4 tournament at the Gannochy Centre, Stirling University on the 8th October.
