Nominations have opened for the Tennis Scotland Awards 2017. The awards present an excellent opportunity to recognise the achievements, work and dedication of individuals, clubs, teams, tournaments and programmes throughout Scotland in 2017.
The Tennis Scotland Awards 2017 will be spread across 15 different categories with the winners of 10 of these being put forward to the British Tennis Awards. In the 2016 awards, Tennis Scotland coach of the year Jonny Willcox from Rutherglen LTC was also awarded the British Tennis coach of the year, and we would love to see similar successes in any of the categories this time round.
Nominations can be made via the British Tennis website

How to Nominate
The nomination process for this year’s awards has been simplified. Nominations can be made via the British Tennis form where you can nominate someone for all 15 of our awards rather than just the 10 that go through to the British Tennis Awards. To nominate in any of the categories, simply go to: www.lta.org.uk/britishtennisawards and make your nomination. The form is very easy to complete and should take no longer than 10-15 minutes of your time.
Selection criteria for all the Tennis Scotland Awards
Nominations are open from the 15th September until the 30th November, with short-listed nominees contacted thereafter and an Awards ceremony taking place in 2018.
