Everything Tennis is an exciting new tennis company, who are adding a vibrant tennis programme into leisure centers and parks across the region.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic tennis coaches, level 2 or higher. Level 1, with level 2 booked can also apply.
A suitable candidate must be able to:-
To deliver mini tennis, tennis xpress, and general junior and adult coaching. (Rusty Rackets)
Most clients who attend community tennis sessions will be beginners across all ages.
Work as part of a team, providing good leadership
Deliver their own private lessons for all ages and all standards
Able to run holiday camps
Available to coach during the weekend, especially on Saturday OR Sunday mornings and during the evenings
Offer excellent communication and inter-personal skills
You will be dynamic, reliable and a committed person with a passion to coach and build numbers.
Must be available to start before May 1st.
Advantages:-
Have attended a cardio tennis training session or willing to do so
Experienced in the delivery of primary and secondary school coaching.
What we can offer:-
As long as you deliver our agreed community tennis programme. which is approximately 8 hours per week, spread over some early evenings and one morning at the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday. It could be done around existing work commitments.
As our venues are in close proximity, you could also run two locations, and enjoy 20 hours per week.
You will be able to deliver & build your own private lessons to your own customers outside the community tennis programme and have use of the courts. This income will be in addition to the income you earn from the community tennis programme hours.
As well as an hourly rate, you will be paid for building numbers at each community tennis session.
You will keep 100% of your private revenue.
Coaches will be engaged on a self-employed basis.
