Great Britian put up a great fight against Italy in the Davis Cup.
GB lead 2-1 going into the final day after a brillant performance by Murray and Flemming in the doubles.
Unfortunatly Italy turned up the heat on the final day winning both reverse singles matches to clinch the tie 3-2.
Fognini beat Murray 6,3 6,3 6,4 whilst Seppi beat Ward 6,4 6,3 6,4
Italy go on to face Switzerland in the semi finals whilst Britain return to the world group round 1 stage for 2015!
