Tennis clubs in North Wales are embracing a new form of exercise that uses tennis techniques to provide a workout.

January RCJ League Tables are now live for all to see!

A record total of 172 players played in 263 matches in the four-day South Wales Closed Tennis Championships in Cardiff.

Hockey Wales and Tennis Wales have formed a partnership, supported by Sport Wales, to create a brand new full time role. The role will be made up of 3 days per week for Hockey Wales and 2 days per week for Tennis Wales and will be responsible for the following key areas of work

Wrexham Tennis Centre was joined by Assembly member Lesley Griffiths to launch fitness programme Cardio Tennis this week.

The first open and veterans tennis tournament at Arfon Tennis Centre, Caernarfon, attracted a large entry from as far away as Devon, Cambridge, Cumbria and Lancashire.
