First touchtennis tournament serves up a winner

Cardiff will host the first British Universities touchtennis tournament next spring, following the success of a special pre-Christmas event.

Christmas Mini Tennis Festival at UWIC

On the 15^th December, the first Cluster Clubs Mini Tennis Festival was hosted by Cardiff Met Tennis Academy. There was an excellent turnout for the event, with teams coming from Cwmbran LTC, Allt-yr-yn LTC, Usk LTC, Abergavenny LTC, Stow Park LTC, Diamond Tennis Academy, Mackintosh LTC and Cardiff Met Tennis Academy.

A teenager has become the 100th young person in Denbighshire, to be awarded an MV50 Sport Certificate.
