Well done to the South Wales Ladies 35s Team who reached Group1 for the first time this August and therefore had the opportunity to play for the Inter-county cup championship National Title at Devonshire Park in Eastbourne.
The team selected for the event were Julie Sinkins, Ellen Jones, Linda Jones, Kate Johnston and Carys Howard-Rees (Captain); a strong team: three of whom had already won the 35s Four Nations event earlier in the year. The three other counties in Group 1 were Sussex, Leicestershire and Middlesex; all very strong counties who had won this event in previous years.
