An important message to all BTM's and Places to Play.
The deadline for BTM's to "opt in" to the Wimbledon Ballot has been extended to the 14th February 2015.
A Clubs allocation of tickets for 2015 Wimbledon will be based on the number of BTMs for that club who have 'Opted in' to the Ballot.
Should BTMs not 'Opt in' this could significantly reduce the number of tickets the club will receive.
In order for BTMs to contribute towards a clubs allocation of tickets, members must be:
- An ‘affiliated’ adult/junior British Tennis Member
- Linked to a registered venue
- Opted in to the Wimbledon Ballot
The calculation will be made based on the number of members who meet this criteria by 14th February 2015.
Opt in has been introduced to improve the accuracy of ticket allocations and to provide more consistency in the ballot process. Please note that this does not guarantee members a ticket, it will just increase the number of tickets clubs are allocated.
In order to “Opt In” BTMs will need to log into the member page of the LTA website: www2.lta.org.uk/Login/.

Clubs: you are now also able to see a list of those who have already opted in within your venue. his is visible for all Ballot administrators to see when they sign into their secure area on the LTA website.
