Wrexham Tennis Centre is seeking to appoint a Front of House Manager to be responsible for the day to day operation of the Centre.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the strategy set by the trustees of the Centre, in particular in achieving high levels of customer service, a profitable food and beverage and retail provision, alongside efficient and effective systems and processes.
He/she will require the skills to run a smooth operation, centred on the needs of the customer, and also to contribute to the commercial success of the business.
We are looking for someone with a sports, leisure or hospitality background and some management experience in that environment. This is a leadership role and our new FOH Manager will have the drive and commitment to inspire our team to achieve excellence.
This is a full time role (40 hours), with daytime, evening and weekend work required.
Starting salary £20,000 per annum.
