Cardiff tennis player Matt Story has become the British junior doubles champion, partnering Scotland’s Vincent Gillespie to the U18 title at Nottingham.

The South Wales women’s over-35 tennis team has won the Inter-County Championship for the first time.

Shain Lewis from Builth Wells, Powys is amongst 6 Brits selected by the Tennis Foundation, in partnership with the UK Sports Association, to represent Great Britain at the Inas Global Games, for elite athletes with learning disability, in Guayaquil, Ecuador on 20th  to 27th September.

The Wales tennis team has returned from the Youth Commonwealth Games in Samoa with gold, silver and bronze medals.

It’s been a really great summer of competition for the Welsh senior and junior wheelchair tennis teams with the Juniors representing at the Sainsbury’s School Games 2015 and the Seniors in the Dan Maskell challenge.
