Self Employed Level 2/3 Tennis Coaching Opportunity @ Edgbaston Priory Club

The Edgbaston Priory Club are looking to appoint a Level 2 or above tennis coach to work on all aspects of their rapidly expanding coaching program.

The Edgbaston Priory Club is expanding rapidly and currently undergoing a £13 million redevelopment which includes the construction of a 6 court indoor tennis centre, a new clubhouse, new squash courts, stadium grass court, and much more. The tennis coaching program attracts over 370 children and 100 adults, with the scope to increase significantly in the coming months. The club also has an experienced coaching team with highly qualified coaches able to mentor and develop a new coach. The club has High Performance status and has a proven track record of taking many players from a grass roots level to national standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach to develop their skills.

Applicants should meet the following criteria;

- Level 2 qualified as a minimum.

- LTA licensed and public liability insured.

- Experienced in working with all players from Mini Tennis through to club standard adults, and capable of working with large groups such as school sessions.

- Be fun loving and a great promoter of tennis as a lifelong activity for all.

- Be organised and highly communicative.

- Be adaptable and able to work as an important part of a great group of coaches.

We can offer;

- A minimum of 15 hours coaching per week, with the opportunity to increase this amount easily.

The successful candidate will be offered coaching hours across all areas of the extensive coaching program both on and off site, and will work closely with the Racquets Manager at Edgbaston Priory and Head of Community Tennis.

Interviews will be held week commencing 13th February and we would like to have the successful candidate in place by 20th February.
