Who is invited to attend?
Any volunteers working at your club who are motivated and want to learn more.
A minimum of one person to feedback to your committee but as we present so much information it is worth a number of volunteers attending, all who have different responsibilities
What is discussed?
- This forum will be looking at ideas on promoting your Club in the Olympic Year
- There are numerous funding opportunities out there, we will highlight these and whilst there is no guarantee many clubs have achieved successful bids.
- We will inform you of all the opportunities available to your club members in the next 6 months, some only available to clubs attending the forum.
- Warwickshire Club forums are a great opportunity to network with other club volunteers
- We distribute the County Magazine, On the Ball at all Club Forums so be sure to collect a supply for you Club.
ALL FORUMS START AT 6-30 WITH FOOD SO VOLUNTEERS MAY COME STRAIGHT FROM WORK, THE BUSINESS PART OF THE FOURM WILL START PROMPTLY AT 7-00PM

Area 3: Tues 24th April @ Beechwood Tennis Club (CV5 6FQ)
Club Reports: These reports help us to see what your Club is doing and for other Clubs to gain examples of good practice and how Clubs are sorting out issues which may be similar to their own. Please email your reports to the address ideally use the headings below:
Retention and Recruitment of Members, Facility Development, Coaching Programme, Competition, Successes or issues and potential solutions, Any other.
