Calling all young tennis leaders in Warwickshire:
- Do you feel that you have contributed to your Tennis Club or other venue by providing volunteer support to help others to enjoy tennis?
- Do you have excellent leadership skills?
- Are you over 16 years of age?
- Would you like to volunteer at the AEGON Classic on Saturday June 16th?
- Would you like to have the opportunity to volunteer for a week at Wimbledon?
If so write to the County Office telling us why you should be selected, which week or weeks you would be available for, and provide a referee to support your application.
Week 1: Sunday 23rd June – Sunday 30th June
Week 2: Sunday 30th June – Sunday 7th July
Those chosen will need to get to and from London where self catering accommodation will be provided at Roehampton University funded by Warwickshire LTA. Leaders will need to travel together, to and from the All England Club and each day. The successful leaders will work at the All England Club on the Kidzone or other stands, and will be provided with lunch vouchers. During work breaks there is the opportunity to watch the tennis on the show courts. This is a great opportunity which has been greatly enjoyed by Warwickshire Leaders.
