Wildmoor Spa Tennis League Annual Presentations 2016-29

The South Warwickshire & District Tennis Area, which includes parts of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire celebrated the end of their Wildmoor Spa Summer Tennis League season with their Annual Presentations recently.  All Divisional and Cup winners were handed their awards including Stratford-on-Avon who took their fourteenth consecutive league title, HDA Redditch A took the Division One title, Chipping Campden A Division Two, Shipston-on-Stour A Division Three, Pershore B the Division Four honours and Bidford-on-Avon A Division Five.

The League Secretary Corin Bishop congratulated Stratford on once more lifting the league title coming out top of the 48 teams in the league.  In addition there was a Fair Play Plate presented, voted on by the teams, in which Ardencote Manor B from Division One emerged victorious.  Ray Foster-Morison of Evesham received the Millennium Scroll as best administrator for 2016, HDA Juniors retained the Junior League Cup and finally Pershore Tennis Club who were presented with the King Cup as Club of the Year.

The awards were presented by League Chairman Tony Eskew, who congratulated all winning teams.
