WARWICKSHIRE MINI LEAGUES SEPTEMER TO DECEMBER 2017
MINI RED MIXED FINALS @ DL COVENTRY – SUNDAY 14th JANUARY 2018
Beechwood, Kenilworth, Edgbaston Priory, Edgbaston Archery, and DL Solihull all won their area Division 1 title and made it through to the County Finals.
In the only quarter-final, Kenilworth edged out Beechwood 6-4.
In the semi-finals, Archery defeated DL Solihull and Kenilworth narrowly got past Priory.
Priory took 3rd place, and for the 3rd term running, Archery took the title beating Kenilworth in the final, 8-2. The Archery team for the final was Tnae, Anurag, Avneet and Tess.
MINI ORANGE / GREEN FINALS @ TUDOR GRANGE – SUNDAY 14th JANUARY 2018
The mini orange girls’ final was an all Edgbaston Archery event. In a close match, Tess and Lily-Ann came through 3-2 against Tnae and Avneet.
The mini orange boys’ final was Alcester against Kenilworth. Again, it was a 3-2 result, with Alcester (Alex and Matthew) edging out Kenilworth (Sam and Ben).
The green boys’ event also saw Alcester in the final, this time against Rugby. In an excellent final, the Rugby pair of Alfie and Raheem took the title 4-1 against Henry and Oliver.
In the green girls’ final, Stratford took on Beechwood. A very strong Stratford pair, Ottelia and Isabella came out on top against Jessica and Milly.
