On the eve of Wimbledon, as the world’s greatest tennis players gather in the capital, families across Wiltshire will be given the ultimate chance to get involved in the excitement and build up to The Championships when the second in a series of four free ‘Great British Tennis Weekends’ smashes into town on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June. 

Wanborough’s Louise Hunt claimed both the women’s singles and doubles titles over the weekend at the 6th Open Memorial Santi Silvas in Olot, a tournament organised by Spain’s current world No. 22 on the ATP World Tour Rankings, Tommy Robredo, also a wheelchair tennis ambassador for the International Tennis Federation..

With tennis fever sweeping the nation as we approach mid-way point in The Championships, Wimbledon, tens of thousands of people across the will grab the opportunity to pick up a racket this weekend, as the third Great British Tennis Weekend smashes into town.
