Two Wimbledon Champions in Jamie Murray and Jonny Marray supported the official launch of Living Tennis and the Opening of the New Delgado Tennis Club @ St Piran’s School on Sunday 9th June. The day was a huge success with over 700 people attending the day which offered free coaching to 250 Juniors and adults throughout the day. The public also had a chance to Play a Pro along with receiving coaching from Jamie Murray, Jamie Delgado, Jonny Marray and Martin Lee all current or past ATP proffesionals. The full living tennis team also provided coaching clinics throughout the day.
Living Tennis directors Paul Delgado and Martin lee also entertained the crowds with an exhibition match pairing up as a doubles team!
Paul Delgado had to say on the event “ It was great to see all 7 courts filled with Mini tennis players right up to Adult Tennis sessions throughout the day and I am really excited to be able to offer the Maidenhead area the opportunity and accessibility of not only this fantastic new facility but the very best coaches which is supported by the very best players in the country. My passion is very much in the early stages of learning and we now have with the new partnership with Martin Lee a top level delivery for all levels of the game.”
