On Sunday 1st December the boys and girls 12 and under teams travelled to Corby to take part in the 12 Counties competition competing in division 2B against Hereford & Worchester, Bedford and Cambridge. The format was 4 singles matches, short sets to 4 with a championship tie break against each County. Playing for in Nottingham in ranking order was;
Boys team in ranking order was Hugo Dunn; Jasper Riley; James Evison-Varley and Indy Weir.
The girls team was Mia Wainwright; Sophie Lager; Henna Quraishi and Rebecca Hodi
Both the boys and girls scored the same against each county as follows:
Notts 3 H&W 1
Notts 4 Bedford 0
Notts 1 Cambridge 3
Both teams lost out in the final match to a very strong Cambridge side to come 2nd in the group.
