Mens Summer League
In their first ever men's division 1 match, Ravenshead lost heavily to a strong David Lloyd West Bridgford team, where David Barton and Alan Belobrajdic were the top couple, winning 6 sets for the loss of only 4 games, and were backed up by Rob Gough and James Taylor, who also won 6 sets. Musters won a very close away match at Magdala, where Rob Cree and Jamie Woodford were the top couple with 4 sets. Farnsfield have got off to a slow start, losing home matches to Lady Bay and West Bridgford, but in both matches Matt Benford and Richard Dickens of Farnsfield were the top couple, winning 6 and 5 sets respectively.
East Bridgford have got off to a flying start in division 4A, with a comfortable away win against Woodthorpe 'A', where Leigh Day and Dave Watkins were the top couple with 6 sets, and followed it up with an emphatic home win against Eastwood, where Dave Watkins and Tony Alexander were the top couple, winning 6 sets for the loss of only 3 games.
Mapperley Park 'A' are the early leaders in division 4B, following a home win against Keyworth 'A', followed by an away win against Woodthorpe 'C', where Andy Lusis and David Brookes were the top couple with 5.5 sets, backed up by Jeremy Freemantle and Paul Hacking with 5 sets
