Men's Summer league
Mansfield men secured the division 3 title with one match remaining, with a comfortable away win against an under strength East Bridgford team, who are relegated. Niral Nana and Gary Zurek were the dominant couple winning 6 sets for the loss of only 7 games.
In division 4A, Caunton ‘A’ needed a whitewash of fellow strugglers Sutton in Ashfield, but just failed by two games, to avoid the drop along with Grantham ‘A’. Mansfield ‘B’ also needed to beat Keyworth ‘A’ to avoid being relegated from division 4B, but only managed a draw, thanks to a great performance from Simon Hawthorne and Jamie McLoughlin the Keyworth first pair, who took the maximum sets. Mansfield ‘B’ are relegated with David Lloyd West Bridgford ‘A’.
Farnsfield ‘C’ needed to beat Magdala ‘B’ in their final division 5A match, but failed due to the performances of Ioan Reed Aspley and James Ockleford with 6 sets, which was matched by Jon Ofield and Matt Proudlove, but it was to no avail as both teams are relegated
