Mapperley Park men moved into second place behind the champions Musters, after a comfortable away win against Farnsfield. Duncan Burd and Jeremy Freemantle were the top couple with 5 sets. The most resistance came from Stuart Walker and Jack Roffe with 4.5 sets. Farnsfield will retain their division 1 status, thanks to a concession by David Lloyd West Bridgford to Musters.

Magdala ‘A’ leap frog Nottingham Castle to lead division 2 following a close fought away win at Wollaton. A good all round team performance from Magdala leaves them needing to beat Woodthorpe in their last match to secure promotion, but Wollaton are relegated with West Bridgford ‘B’.

Nottingham Castle ‘A’ secured the division 4A title with a comfortable home win against Friesland, and maintained their unbeaten run. Joe Linnington and Sam Ashcroft were the top couple with 5 sets. Caunton ‘A’ finished as runners up following a home win against David Lloyd Nottingham, but miss out on promotion as only one club is promoted from division 4. In division 4B, Farnsfield ‘A’ have claimed the only promotion spot, thanks to a comfortable home win against West Bridgford ‘C’. Ashley Norwood and Paul Dawson were the dominant couple with 6 sets. West Bridgford then battled bravely to beat Mapperley Park ‘A’ in a close encounter, where Geoff Wood and Gerry Radford were the top couple with 6 sets
