David Collins has won the Aegon Coach of the Month award for September for his work at St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club.
David doubled junior participation over the summer, with 300 children per week taking part in his tennis camps. David also coaches Emily Appleton who in 2014 competed at Junior Wimbledon and won her first ITF singles tournament in Dublin.
On receiving the award, David said: "I am honoured to receive such a prestigious award from the LTA. It wouldn't be possible without the assistance from the great team we have here at St Georges Hill. The junior programme has gone from strength to strength following the success of our summer camps with almost 300 children participating in the programme each week. The next step is to encourage more children to play more often."
