Day 6 - Royal result
There was a royal feel to Wimbledon on Thursday as the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge rolled into SW19 to indulge in a spot of tennis.
Wills & Kate were spotted on Court 1, supporting GB No.1 Andy Murray as he put Nicolas Almagro to the sword. Not literally.
Although it seemed as though it felt like it for Nico near the end. A fan, clearly keen to see some competitive tennis, shouted "come on Nico" and he turned and shouted back "what" at the fan. The Spaniard had no answer to Murray's play.
Not that the royals were complanining, they seemed to be having a great time, they even joined in with the Mexican wave! There were some great pictures taken of the happy couple today, check out Andy Murray's facebook for instance. But there were also some that were not so good. Can you spot them here?
The good news continued for Andy Murray later in the day as he teamed up with Laura Robson to win through their mixed doubles first round match against the Czech Republic.
The pair looked very happy as they bounded up to the press 'mixed zone' to chat to reporters while their fans cheered enthusiastically below.
More tomorrow...
