Brown lost out in the singles second round and reached the semi-finals of the doubles before suffering defeat.

Lucy Brown is through to the second round of the women's singles after a three set win over Ariadna Riembau. Brown meets fourth seed Eva Fernandez-Brugues next and has also progressed through to the quarter-finals of the doubles.
Meanwhile Elizabeth Thomas was defeated in her opening round singles match.

In the opening round Brown, who is also in the doubles draw, plays Ariadna Riembau, while wild card Thomas takes on seventh seed Yana Sizikova.
