Colin Davies won the men's singles at the Plymouth Wheelchair Tennis Tournament for the second time in three years as Sarah Gaisford claimed back-to-back victories in the women's singles at the final Tennis Foundation Development Series event of 2013.

Davies, the 2011 champion, won both of his men's singles round-robin matches with ease, beating both Ryan Steven and Mark Leighton 4-0, 4-0, with Leighton clinching second place after his 6-1, 6-0 win over Stevens.

Seven players contested a knockout draw in the women's singles and after a bye into the semi-finals Gaisford reached the final once again after beating Amy Frounks 4-0, 4-0.

Faye West defeated 2012 runner-up Hilary Endicott 5-4(5), 4-0 in their opening singles match and dropped just one game more en route to the final. But, despite a close second set in the title decider, Gaisford prevailed 4-1, 5-3 to successfully defend the title.

Davies ended the tournament with three titles after also being victorious in the men's doubles and mixed doubles. He partnered Leighton to a 4-0, 4-1 win over Stevens and Mark Blackler to decide the men's doubles.

Endicott and Gaisford, who were on opposite sides of the next in the 2012 women's doubles final, paired up this year to beat Sonia Hooper and Gweneth Little 4-2, 4-2 as Endicott secured the women's doubles title for the second year in a row.

There was better to come for Little in the mixed doubles as she partnered Davies to victory after a 4-2 win over Blackler and Maria Nicholson.

After winning the women's doubles and mixed doubles titles in 2012, West ended this year's tournament by winning the girls' under 18 singles title with two wins from her two matches. West beat Frounks 4-2, 5-4(2) and Nicholson 4-0, 4-0.
