The 2011 summer leaderboards have been finalised and the 2011/12 winter leaderboards are now live on the LTA website. Leaderboards allow players who are competing on the Winter Tours to track their progress, just as the top players do on the ATP/WTA Tours. There are multiple leaderboards now in operation across the three tour levels – Winter National (Grade 2), Regional (Grade 3) and County (Grade 4 & 5) Tours.
There is one Leaderboard for players who have competed on the National Tour. Players who have played in the Regional Tour will find themselves on one of a possible seven leaderboards in the South East, East, South West, Midlands, North, Scotland and Wales, depending on where they are from.
Most importantly each county has its own County Tour Leaderboard from 9U to 18U as the players battle it out in the Grade 4 and Grade 5 events.
In BERKSHIRE the players who topped of the Winter County Tour leaderboards at 9U level were Annabelle Davis and Max Harrison. Annabelle was the runner up at the Grade 3 Berkshire Junior County Closed 9U event whilst Max was the winner of 9U Reading TC County tour.
In the 10U Leaderboard Rachel Barnett finished top of the girls and Satesh Mistry topped the boys. Rachel recently was the runner-up at the Grade 3 Berkshire Junior County Closed 10U event whilst Satesh Mistry achieved a4th place finish in the Wellington Grade 4 tournament.
In the yellow ball age groups both the Pearson’s - William and Clare - topped the boys and girls 12U event. The following players finished first in the boys 14U, 16U and 18U leaderboards in BERKSHIRE: Matilda Crowfoot, Taylor Lawrence, Nicola Brown, Peter Honey, Na Niall Collins (18U Boys) headed up their respective age groups.
