Tintagel Tennis Club held a special event to celebrate the unveiling of their new floodlights, 2 of their 3 courts are now proudly floodlit. These were funded by the 'Foundation for Sport and the Arts' and Tintagel Tennis Club.
The afternoon kicked off with organised tennis for the Junior and Mini players. Barbara Bruce (Head Coach) and Frank Page (Coach) helped by Georgina Loosemore TDM for Devon & Cornwall organised some fun tennis for Tintagel's budding tennis stars. The junior players and coaches had a half time break to enjoy a drink and the renowned home made carrot cake.
Revitalised, the play continued until after 6.30pm when an adult mix and match fun tournament was held. The juniors and parents enjoyed the BBQ at 5pm, Tintagel Brewery also provided liquid refreshment!
