Truro Lawn Tennis Club is looking for a Self-employed Level 3 qualified Coach to work alongside the head coach and his team. Truro Tennis Club is an LTA registered clubmark ASC with a membership of approximately 300, The club has a strong Senior and Junior committee along with an excellent club and AEGON Team Tennis team record. Truro Tennis Club is situated in a stunning location central to the city and has 6 courts, 4 x all weather and 2 acrylic all floodlit along with club house.
The ideal candidate will be implementing and running community and schools coaching programs as well as developing a Beacon site in addition to coaching mini, junior and adult squads at the club, running free taster sessions in schools and club and running and oragnising holiday camps and activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent communication skills,
- Drive and self –motivated.
- Good IT Skills with a knowledge and understanding of TTP and refereeing desirable.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Self-Starter
- Up to date Enhanced CRB
- First Aid Certificate
This position offers excellent earning potential for the right candidate within a thriving club. Interviews will take place during the 28th, 29th and 30th March and will consist of formal interview and practical. References will be taken prior to interview stage. With a view to the successful candidate in position from the 10th April.
