An LTA Tennis Competition Organiser Workshop took place at Exeter Tennis Centre on 14th October 2014. The course is the starting point for those who want to run local tennis competitions, and gives the skills and knowledge to run a tournament from start to finish, whether that be at a local park, club, school, college or university.
In addition to competing in the Exeter TC Grade 5 Adult Competition, you could be one of 8 players, Men and Women that qualify for the end of season ‘Masters Event’.

Penzance Tennis Club hold the first Flybe Mini Masters Orange ball event of the winter season.
Congratulations to Heather Doble of Redruth Tennis Club, who has been awarded LTA Volunteer of the Month. Heather is the Secretary for the club and is also a member of the Tennis Cornwall Council.
The October half term saw over 680 children competing in sanctioned grade 3 & 4 week long tournaments across the South West.
