The first Whirlwind Sports supported Mini Tour Masters Finals took place on Sunday 28th August at Ivybridge.
Players in red (8U), orange (9U) and green (10U) ball compete in a circuit of events across Devon & Cornwall earning points towards a leaderboard just like their tennis heroes on the ATP and WTA Tours. At the end of the season qualifying players are invited to a grand final.
This summer season's finals for the orange and red ball was a lovely end to a busy season and all the players who took part should be congratulated on their performance and sportsmanship shown on the day.
The red ball competition was won by Jake Moore (Penzance TC) with fellow Cornish player Reeve Seddon as runner up.
A closely competed orange ball event finally came down to a final between Devon players Maya Ichim and Max Daniels with Max coming out as winner.
