At 12 years old Esperanza is the youngest winner of an ITF Womens or Mens tournament.
Esperanza was runner up in the wheelchair Womens Singles at the same tournament. She defeated the No.2 & No.3 Seeds.
At 12 years old Esperanza is the youngest Singles Finalist of an ITF Womens or Mens tournament.
