August weather came in to play against the men's Over 35 inter county tournament in Eastbourne where our team of Dan Ahl, Jamie Bartlett, Steve Wood, Linden Hardisty and Justin Kraushar (capt) were in a tough group this year with Middlesex, Lancashire and Hampshire.
Poor weather resulted in no play on the last day but fortunately Devon had done well enough to finish second above Hampshire on rubbers behind Middlessex.
