Ticket2Tokyo – Your Chance To Compete At Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games

Friday, July 18, 2014

Ticket 2Tokyo aims to attract potential athletes across the country to find those with the desire and dedication to train to become elite athletes and compete at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.

The Tennis Foundation in partnership with UK Sport are looking for sporty and active individuals who have the capacity to develop skill under the guidance of elite level coaches in a world class training environment. No previous tennis experience is necessary and anyone with a medically diagnosed permanent mobility related physical disability is eligible to play wheelchair tennis, even if you don’t use a chair in everyday life.

So whether you’ve got a spinal injury or an amputation, cerebral palsy or brittle bones, wheelchair tennis could be the sport for you. Come and have some fun finding out at one of our Talent ID festivals this September.

For further information or to sign up, register online at www.ticket2tokyo.com or through email t2t@tennisfoundation.org.uk
