Volunteers and coaches will be on hand to help out and there will be rackets and balls to borrow so all you need is a pair of trainers.

The Great British Tennis Weekend events have an online booking system that members of the public can use to book their place on various sessions and activities for their chosen days and venues.

The fourth event of the series will be on the 19th and 20th July during the summer holidays, so there is still one more opportunity to get signed on for some brilliant, free tennis sessions.
