Sunday 10 June – 6 girls met at Yarm Tennis Club to play a friendly match.
It was a morning of all seasons, glorious sunshine, and torrential rain, but all had a good time, and towards the end when the rain was pouring of the courts the girls decided they were enjoying themselves so much they didn’t want to come off.
Here they are all very wet but still smiling! AND QUOTE “We’d love to do it again”.
The girls that took part were: Emma Langley (Yarm), Lucy Pearce (David Lloyd Teesside), Faye Edemenson (Yarm), Sophie Huggins (Yarm), Mia Crawford (Eldon Grove) and Esme Cassini (David Lloyd).
