What is the Talent Coach Academy?
We are involved in an exciting pilot with Sports Coach UK to expand our Talent Coach offer to those working across the spectrum rather than just restricting our offer to Level 3 + coaches already working on the talent pathway. Our pilot will include a new Coach Developer programme which will provide more 1:1 support with coaches and will involve session observations and support in developing their “How to Coach” skills when working with talent.
We want to encourage as many of your coaches to take advantage of this pioneering offer as possible. Whether they are at club, regional or national level, our academy can benefit any coach who wants to get the best out of their athletes.
We are also offering four exciting workshops which will challenge coaches on their understanding of talent and explore ways they can get the best out of their athletes.
