Tennis players, parents and Club members were paying tribute to Alex Watley this week. Alex sadly passed away on Friday 30th December 2011 aged 23. Alex had coached at Don Perrin Tennis in Alresford before moving on to coach at Swanmore Tennis Club as well as Absolute Tennis in Romsey.
Simon Johnson, Tennis Operations Manager for the LTA and Club member at Swanmore said:
"Alex was a committed, hard working and enthusiastic young coach. Wherever he coached, people only had a good word to say about him and he'll be sorely missed by those of us who had the pleasure to work with him"
