Throughout the week of 23rd March there will be opportunities for free tasters of tennis at Portsmouth Tennis Centre and Mountbatten Leisure Centre with inflatable fun.
Every weekday the inflatables will be set up outside of the two centres between 4pm and 6pm offering FREE tennis activities to anyone who turns up. Activities include ‘fastest serve’ competitions and target games. This leads onto a FREE Open Day event on Saturday 28th March which will have lots of fun sessions available for all ages & abilities from 10.30am to 12pm and 1pm to 2.30pm. Sessions will be run with top National Mini Tennis Coaches Ashley Neaves and Phil Leighton.
Sarah Rutherford from Portsmouth Tennis Centre said “We are so excited to have Phil and his tennis inflatable’s with us in Portsmouth for the week. He is renowned nationally for his excellent work in schools, engaging with children of all ages and abilities. He makes the sessions fun with the added difference of the inflatable’s that you would see during the Wimbledon fortnight in the Fun Zone.
