Moor Park’s men’s tennis team was led to victory by Head Coach Nigel Buckman in The Mens Championship last week. The Championship is the top league in Hertfordshire where 7 of the top teams compete for the title. It is a County/National level competition and a gruelling afternoon of tennis.
Each match lasts approximately five hours, three pairs (six players) compete against the opposition and each pair has plays three opposing pairs. Nigel, a Pinner resident said, “This is the eighth time the title has been won for Moor Park since 1988, the most times for any Hertfordshire club.”
