Hert's very own blind tennis coach Fiona Musgrove, founder of vision4growth, a charity aimed at creating opportunities for people with sight loss, is among the latest recipients of a Point of Light award awarded by Prime Minister David Cameron to recognise outstanding individual volunteers who are making a change in their community.
