Another great result today from Jody as the runner up at the girls U9 Grade 2 played in Swindon recently.
She played in a very strong field and won all her matches to get to the finals playing Jessica Longjohn again (same as Heston Event finals). Quality of tennis across the field was very high and she maintained a very high intensity in her shots played which gave her the edge to get the wins. She built nicely on what she learnt at Heston and is really becoming a strong attacking player now which is good to see. Another good experience to play in the final at this level as it is really building her confidence up to play at a consistent high level.
Great result for Batchwoods again and for Herts.
