Hertfordshire's boys and girls were victorious in The AEGON 9&U County Cup on Saturday 17th July.
Three boys and 3 girls represented Hertfordshire at Gosling, managed by James Thomas and had fine wins over the 4 other counties, who were Essex, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire. Our team of Mimi Bland, Indianna Spink, Rebecca Evans, Louis Gibbard, Daniel Martin and David Latter beat Essex, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire 6-3 and Oxfordshire 8-1. Each match comprised of 3 boys singles, 3 girls singles, 1 boys and girls doubles and 1 mixed doubles.
Many congratulations to all of the six players and thanks to James Thomas for being with the team for the whole day and providing support and encouragement to all of the players (and parents!).
