Save the Children are looking for people to run charity tennis tournaments this summer at their local club or school.
It would be great for people on a nice summers day to have a game of tennis in the name of charity at a club....or at school - perhaps all the teachers..... or all the kids.... or teachers v kids in a highly competitive doubles-lob-rally-extravaganza!! There are choices on the website, including specific tournament formats where tournament winners progress.
So, if you are interested in organising a tournament - get your tennis and non-tennis/slightly tennis/played at school/rusty racket type friends down to the courts one eve in the summer and do a timed tournament and then off to the pub/restaurant/BBQ.
