Players who have entered the minitennis section of the Junior Closed will be interested to know that the different events will be played at the following times:
Boys' Red Event: this is a large group and play will start with a qualifying event (R4, R3 & R2 players) at 10am on Wednesday 24th August at Dan Maskell Tennis Centre, Loughborough University.
Play will continue on Thursday 25th August at 10am for those who have qualified for the main draw, either through the event the day before, or because of their previous form (R1 players).
Boys' Orange Event: This will take place at the Dan Maskell TC on 24th August from 12noon - 4 pm.
Girls Red Event: The 8&U girls will play on Thursday 25th August at the Dan Maskell Centre, from 10am until 12noon.*
Girls' Orange Event: This event is scheduled to take place on Thursday 25th August at the Dan Maskell TC from 1pm until 3pm.*
*Please note that girls who have entered the Orange and Red events will play both tournaments oin the same day with an hours break inbetween.
Boys' Green Event: Will be played at Leicestershire LTC commencing at 9am on Monday 22nd August. Please report to the desk for 8.45am. It will take most of the day, and the semi-finals and finals will take place on Saturday 27th August.
Girls' Green Event: Matches will be played on Monday 22nd August at 3pm, with finals on Saturday 27th.
