The Sports Leadership Conference for Young People is a professional development opportunity for 16-19 year olds within Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland. Young people - our future workforce for sport - will be taken on a personal journey throughout the day.
The conference is aimed at developing leadership, officiating, coaching and team management skills and directing young people to opportunities to develop sport in their local area. The practical nature of the conference will give real life examples to challenge and develop young people, and to build their confidence to lead and deliver sport.
The Conference is being held on Thursday 24th November, 9.00am - 5.00pm at Loughborough University and costs £10 to attend.
