A Safety and Well Being in Tennis course will be running on Thursday 3 April , 6pm - 9pm, at the Dan Maskell Tennis Centre, Loughborough University for anyone interested in attending.
This course is open for coaches and volunteers to book onto and will take a proactive and positive approach to promoting safety and well-being of children, young people and adults deemed at risk.
The training introduces the concept of the traffic-light system to identify a range of situations and how to respond, regardless of your role within a tennis venue.
Coaches completing this course will receive credits for their coach license and this course is required to renew the coach license from 2015.The charge for attending this course will be £30.
Volunteers completing the course for Clubmark will need to complete and return the volunteer declaration when enrolling to be able to apply for a refund.
